- Make the Burger Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle relish, and ketchup in a bowl. Refrigerate.
- Caramelize the Onions by melting butter in a skillet. Add onions, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar. Cook for about 20 minutes.
- Prepare the Patties by shaping the ground beef into two patties. Season, and rub with mustard.
- Cook the Patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side.
- Assemble the Sandwiches with buttered rye bread, cheese, grilled onions, and patties. Top with more cheese and another slice of bread.
- Grill the Sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve and Enjoy after allowing to cool for a minute and slicing.
