Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Mix together paprika, garlic powder, pepper, cumin, salt, and baking powder. Season the chicken thighs evenly on both sides.
  4. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer skin side up, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until crispy.
  5. Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 165°F (185-195°F for juiciness).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
