Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Thaw frozen tater tots in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Arrange three tater tots in each muffin cup and smash them flat.
  3. Bake the tater tot base in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Remove from oven and add desired meat and veggie fillings to each tater tot crust.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling to about 90% full.
